Mike & Jess,
with passion for entrepreneurship, people and each other.
Mike, growing up in South Louisiana did not get far from a gumbo pot or BBQ grill. Stepping away from those roots into the U.S. Army where he served till 1998 after an injury brought him home to Louisiana. Serving food to the community in business or just because, is a passion he has always carried with him. Time to make it a career he decided to go to culinary school and will graduate as a Certified French Chef from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. You might know this guy as Cajun Mike as he is known in the community.
Jess, A true entrepreneur, her passion for helping build business has shined for 20+ years. In all industries, restaurant, pharmaceutical, hair salons, wholesale, party planning, water sports/tours and shellfish farms. She also enjoys all the planning that goes into a good time. After setting roots here in NSB 10 years ago, all she wanted to do is be a part of this seaside town. She loves NSB!
